Sponsored by...

The past two weeks have been such a crazy roller-coaster ride and I still can't believe which wonderful opportunity has opened its doors to me.
This achievement marks a huge milestone in my (still ) little competitor career and I couldn't be more grateful.

But before I'll start bursting the big bubble, I want to thank every single one who supported me,whether in real life or on my different social media channels. You guys are such a huge motivation for me and it makes me overly happy to be able to give so many of you the same motivation.

Now drum-rolls please!
I am officially sponsored by Powerfood's J-M.B!
Isn't this absolutely beyond limits?
Jean Marie Bermer, founder of Powerfoods' JMB announced these incredible news during his closing speech at his annual jaarmarkt with every single athlete on stage, and as I was completely unaware, I was overwhelmed to the point that I had tears of joy in my eyes. But I was not the only athlete who was offered a sponsoring contract; Olivier F. a great athlete and teammate is now sponsored by Powerfood's J-M.B as well, congratulations!

This definitely made the perfect ending to a perfect day at Powerfood's JMB annual jaarmarkt.
Thank you Jean Marie, not only for being my coach, but also for always being a great supporter and friend.
I'm so lucky to consider myself part of this awesome team and with every event it seems like we all grow together even more and I am also pleased to say that we got another new team member, who is also a very good friend of mine. It was about time that I got some active support as the only girl in the team.

I never thought that I would get a sponsoring contract after only one year of competitions.
That's definitely the best gift and thing that could have happened to finish this awesome season with my team.

What's next?

NAC Luxembourg, Team Powerfood's J-M.b
Pheww... That was a long season with great experiences, awesome moments and powerful actions.

Now that the competitions are over, I already set my goals for the next season but this time I will go for higher ambitions. While there are three more shows waiting for me , I am still sticking to my strict diet for the following two months. Therefor I decided to take a break in autumn, so my body can recover 100% from these straining diets and training routines before attacking the preparation for the next spring season.
Of course I will maintain a healthy and balanced diet, just as intense gym sessions. I mean I don't want to turn into a jiggly-puff over summer and have struggle to lose that extra fat and water again in 2016.

With hindsight, I have to say that I am very proud of myself and about what I achieved this season.Remember when I was talking about my New Year's Goals (Resolutions) ? Well I have attained them ALL. The beginning of tis year could not have been better. I got a Top3 twice at the International Championship (J-M.B.Open) in Luxembourg, I mamanged (thanks to you) to participate at the Miss FIBO Power Beauty Contest 2015 with my best shape so far and I qualified for the International NAc World Championships in Warsaw.

Even thought I wasn't in the best shape for the World Championships,  I am happy that I did my best and that I hold strong during this entire preparation. It wasn't easy at all, especially the last few days... Oh hell no, how often did I play with the thoughts to throw the towel, just because of the food... It was a tough prepration because my body wasn't 100% ok , so I can't show 100%on stage, but that's totally ok. I've learned from it and this won't happen again.
I am already looking forward to 2016, I hope (and train) for my personal best and that I achieve all my goals again.

Concerning the upcoming shows, there will be one on the 21st June, 11th and 18th July here in Luxembourg.
Our team athletes will perform a guest posing at the FSR Motorshow on the 21st of June in Belval to support kids in their fight against cancer.
On the 11th of July, Powerfood's J-M.B launches its annual jaarmarkt in front of the shop in Kahler where you can benefit from exclusive sales, yummy and healthy food and of course enjoy our posing shows and choreography throughout the day.
We are also guest-posing for a good cause at the charity event Télévie 2015 CHEM Bikers.

I hope to see you there, I am counting on you.

J-M.B Open 2015

J-M.B Open winners

What an ahhh-mazing weekend it was at the International Championship Luxembourg & J-M.B Open in Luxembourg.

It was so practical and comfortable that the competition took place in Luxembourg, because I didn't have to get up THAT early to get ready and I made it to the hairdresser's to get my hair done. Before that, I put on my makeup and got the last layer of the cream tan done.

When I arrived at the competition-facility in Oberkorn , I was one of the first athletes, so I could easily arrange my camp backstage. I still had to wait for the registration tough as it didn't open until 10am.

The first part of the competition was the International NAC Championships of Luxembourg , where the first five could qualify for the International NAC World Championships in Warsaw (Polen).
When the price-giving ceremony started, I was so nervous but still optimistic since I was called-out with two very great athletes. And then it happened, I placed 2nd in the NAC Championship Luxembourg. So not only did I qualify for the NAC International World Championships in Warsaw, I also became Vice Master of Luxembourg in my category. Isn't that awesome?

In the evening was the J-M.B Open ,where 4 more athletes joined our category and raised the level a little higher.
In the first round there wasn't any call-out, but in the bikini-round there were two call-outs and I was chosen twice. For the second call-out we were only 3 , and this cleared the podium position up.
I made a 3rd place and I am more than happy and proud about this as the winner and the 2nd placed athlete have an awesome physique and really deserve their rankings. So hats off for them!

But let's not forget my other team mates, who did a very very good job, especially my good friend Alix who participated for the very first time in such a competition. I am so proud of her and I am happy that she joined our team.

It's indescribable how grateful I am to be part of this team. I have NEVER experienced such a great respect, support and honesty among each other. It was already a marvelous start for our team and there are still some competitions left to rock. I am already looking forward to the times we'll spend together on our journeys, backstage and on stage. That's what a real fit-fam is all about.

And thank you, my family, friends, readers and followers for your support and motivation. And a special thanks to those who came to support us at the championships this weekend. You are truly awesome.

I still can't believe that we made it...

Back On Track

The view from the 22nd floor of our building, simply fantastic. The other side is even better, more natural

Here I am , filled with energy and motivation.
Maybe you've noticed that I was absent the entire past week as I caught a very bad virus, which deprived me from working out and from being overall active.

I was lying on the couch, wrapped up like a burrito in my bathrobe and a cozy fluffy blanket, watching my series all day long. The only time I moved was when I had to prepare and cook my breakfast, lunch or dinner... For the rest I remained the blanket-burrito.

Some of you might think that it's not THAT bad to stay home, sleep longer and don't have to work. But for me it was a nightmare because I couldn't workout either and that made me quite grumpy since the first competition is in two weeks now.

But now my battery is fully charged ; and so I got back on track during today's lunch break as I lost an entire week of training. I put on my workout clothes, my nikes, power-beats, selected my bad-ass hardcore play list while walking down the stairs of the skyscraper (which has 24 floors) I am working in and hit a nice cardio session.

I ran up and down all the floors from -2 to 22 four times , which counts up to 960 stairs up and 960 down. Although I was totally done when I arrived the 4th time at -2 , I still had to go upstairs to the 13th floor again to get out of the staircase without releasing the alarm. So this equals 1.090 stairs up and 960 down and a LOT of sweat.
After a good hot shower I went back up again from -1 , but this time with the elevator. After all I didn't take the shower to sweat my office-clothes afterwards.

And guess what, in the early evening I still have to train my legs and hit another cardio session . The next 4 weeks are going to be the toughest I will ever experience in my life I think. Last season I only did 3 competitions with a 'break' of 2-4 weeks each time. But this season I have 3 competitions within 3 weeks, followed by a 'break' of 3 weeks, then 1 competition and afterwards again a 'break' of 3 weeks and hopefully  finish my season with the world championships in Warsaw, Poland.

Let's train for the best.
Have a great week.
I definitely had to lay down for that one or another minute after this insane workout

Pumpingsession on Sunday

Usually I spend my Sundays at home cleaning the house, doing the laundry (mostly gym clothes) and recovering from my workouts.

But now that my coach changed my training plan, I have to workout six times a week to get more shredded than last season. Yes I know this might sound very hard for some of you but it will be totally worth it. #nopainnogain, right?

My life has changed so much during the last year. I could never have imagined that I would spend my Friday and Saturday nights at home on the couch recovering, to make sure I'm not too tired the days after... But now we are here... I even spend my sunday afternoon in the gym to hit the 6th workout of the week.

Back in the days I was lying on the couch recovering from the party the day before.
But to be honest, I don't miss anything about it. When I look at all those people working off their butts in the gym during the week, paying attention to their alimentation and on weekends they drink alcohol, eat crap and turn their body's rhythm upside down and mostly destroying the progress they made during the week, well then I really prefer to get up early in the morning, have my healthy breakfast, feel good and fit...but most of all feel HEALTHY.

If you want to suceed , you have to leave your old and bad habits behind you and move on... Even if this means to give up that one or another bit of your social life... but hey friends will come and go, ' but 200 pounds will always be 200 pounds'.

That being said, I hope you enjoy my video. Leave a message on my channel and enjoy the last hours of your sunday evening.

#pumpingfairy army

Finally Friday! Have you already planned something special for the weekend? Will you just stay at home and spend some quality-time on the couch with your beloved ones and recover from a great training-week? Or have you planned a visit to any Christmas markets already and do some early gift-shopping?

For me there is no real rest anymore, just like the last times before a competition. The past weekend I still had two days off, but now I have to keep going with my training schedule, as we will leave for Hamburg on Thursday night already. I'm very looking forward to this entire Miss Universe experience and I couldn't be more happy that I get to compete against such brilliant athletes.

But before I'm leaving, I present you my 9 favorite photos of the week ( #pumpingfairy on Instagram)

Grand-Prix des trois frontières

Powerfood's J-M.B Team

Hello my dear fitfam,

Yesterday I participated in the 'Grand-Prix des trois frontières' in Eupen (Belgium). There weren't as many athletes as in Rheinbach, but the physiques of the other athletes were still outstanding. I don't want to keep you in suspense...*drum rolls*

I placed 3rd and therefor qualified for the Mr. & Ms. Universe in Hamburg at the end of the month...isn't that awesome?
I am so happy and I still can't believe that I made it. It's my first season and I already qualified for the Miss Universe in Hamburg. My debut as a bikini-shape competitor couldn't have been any better.

Yesterday, our entire team made some great victories, my boyfriend also placed 3rd in his category and Yannick S. (our champion) placed 1st in the Body-class 3 , 2nd in Semi-Pro and he was nominated the Overall winner. Powerfood's J-M.B for the wi!

All in one, the backstage-atmosphere wasn't so tingly and tense as in Rheinbach because the backstage-section was divided.. You could stay right behind the stage, or place yourself in one of the two changing rooms, where you had your own table and seat with a mirror and a wash-basin. As Ken and I already arrived with our coach early in the morning, we had the freedom to chose whatever spot we wanted.

I was with sharing the place with 3 other women so the atmosphere was very calm.  I got to know Martina L., a very nice person with whom I had a great talk. She already participated at the ' Miss FIBO Power beauty' in April, and in Rheinbach in May and last week. I am happy that I got to know her. But one of the best moments, expect my victory, was when that one little girl was smiling at me with a glint in her eyes and saying in german '' Hello, I just want to tell you that you looked very pretty on stage'' . That was a real 'awwwwww' moment. I was really flattered by her words, she was so cute. Every time we crossed our ways (she helped her mother out in the refreshment area) she was smiling at me. At the end of the competition she topped her smiles when she asked me if she could give me a hug. I mean... hello... give this little girl an oscar for her cuteness hihi.

After all, a big THANK YOU goes to my beloved fitfam who supported and motivated me on Facebook, Instagram or via private messages. I also want to thank my family and my boyfriend's family  for having been there, it was a great pleasure and so much fun between the breaks. I also take a call to Vincent Croutzen and his friendly wife Sabrina who supported us backstage. They helped us  with the finish-tan, the warm-up and they comforted us before stepping on stage.

But the sincerest thanks goes to my coach, Jean-Marie Bermer, who prepared, motivated, supported and believed in me. I feel blessed that I am part of this team, I know that it's roughly the same speech as last week's, but I am just being honest.

I can't wait until the 28th of November, when we leave for the Mr.&Ms. Universe-weekend. I am sure we are going to have a great time and a lot of fun together.

You'll find further pictures on my Facebook-page again. Enjoy your week my loves. xX
