What's next?

NAC Luxembourg, Team Powerfood's J-M.b
Pheww... That was a long season with great experiences, awesome moments and powerful actions.

Now that the competitions are over, I already set my goals for the next season but this time I will go for higher ambitions. While there are three more shows waiting for me , I am still sticking to my strict diet for the following two months. Therefor I decided to take a break in autumn, so my body can recover 100% from these straining diets and training routines before attacking the preparation for the next spring season.
Of course I will maintain a healthy and balanced diet, just as intense gym sessions. I mean I don't want to turn into a jiggly-puff over summer and have struggle to lose that extra fat and water again in 2016.

With hindsight, I have to say that I am very proud of myself and about what I achieved this season.Remember when I was talking about my New Year's Goals (Resolutions) ? Well I have attained them ALL. The beginning of tis year could not have been better. I got a Top3 twice at the International Championship (J-M.B.Open) in Luxembourg, I mamanged (thanks to you) to participate at the Miss FIBO Power Beauty Contest 2015 with my best shape so far and I qualified for the International NAc World Championships in Warsaw.

Even thought I wasn't in the best shape for the World Championships,  I am happy that I did my best and that I hold strong during this entire preparation. It wasn't easy at all, especially the last few days... Oh hell no, how often did I play with the thoughts to throw the towel, just because of the food... It was a tough prepration because my body wasn't 100% ok , so I can't show 100%on stage, but that's totally ok. I've learned from it and this won't happen again.
I am already looking forward to 2016, I hope (and train) for my personal best and that I achieve all my goals again.

Concerning the upcoming shows, there will be one on the 21st June, 11th and 18th July here in Luxembourg.
Our team athletes will perform a guest posing at the FSR Motorshow on the 21st of June in Belval to support kids in their fight against cancer.
On the 11th of July, Powerfood's J-M.B launches its annual jaarmarkt in front of the shop in Kahler where you can benefit from exclusive sales, yummy and healthy food and of course enjoy our posing shows and choreography throughout the day.
We are also guest-posing for a good cause at the charity event Télévie 2015 CHEM Bikers.

I hope to see you there, I am counting on you.

J-M.B Open 2015

J-M.B Open winners

What an ahhh-mazing weekend it was at the International Championship Luxembourg & J-M.B Open in Luxembourg.

It was so practical and comfortable that the competition took place in Luxembourg, because I didn't have to get up THAT early to get ready and I made it to the hairdresser's to get my hair done. Before that, I put on my makeup and got the last layer of the cream tan done.

When I arrived at the competition-facility in Oberkorn , I was one of the first athletes, so I could easily arrange my camp backstage. I still had to wait for the registration tough as it didn't open until 10am.

The first part of the competition was the International NAC Championships of Luxembourg , where the first five could qualify for the International NAC World Championships in Warsaw (Polen).
When the price-giving ceremony started, I was so nervous but still optimistic since I was called-out with two very great athletes. And then it happened, I placed 2nd in the NAC Championship Luxembourg. So not only did I qualify for the NAC International World Championships in Warsaw, I also became Vice Master of Luxembourg in my category. Isn't that awesome?

In the evening was the J-M.B Open ,where 4 more athletes joined our category and raised the level a little higher.
In the first round there wasn't any call-out, but in the bikini-round there were two call-outs and I was chosen twice. For the second call-out we were only 3 , and this cleared the podium position up.
I made a 3rd place and I am more than happy and proud about this as the winner and the 2nd placed athlete have an awesome physique and really deserve their rankings. So hats off for them!

But let's not forget my other team mates, who did a very very good job, especially my good friend Alix who participated for the very first time in such a competition. I am so proud of her and I am happy that she joined our team.

It's indescribable how grateful I am to be part of this team. I have NEVER experienced such a great respect, support and honesty among each other. It was already a marvelous start for our team and there are still some competitions left to rock. I am already looking forward to the times we'll spend together on our journeys, backstage and on stage. That's what a real fit-fam is all about.

And thank you, my family, friends, readers and followers for your support and motivation. And a special thanks to those who came to support us at the championships this weekend. You are truly awesome.

I still can't believe that we made it...

#pumpingfairy army

Finally Friday! Have you already planned something special for the weekend? Will you just stay at home and spend some quality-time on the couch with your beloved ones and recover from a great training-week? Or have you planned a visit to any Christmas markets already and do some early gift-shopping?

For me there is no real rest anymore, just like the last times before a competition. The past weekend I still had two days off, but now I have to keep going with my training schedule, as we will leave for Hamburg on Thursday night already. I'm very looking forward to this entire Miss Universe experience and I couldn't be more happy that I get to compete against such brilliant athletes.

But before I'm leaving, I present you my 9 favorite photos of the week ( #pumpingfairy on Instagram)

Competition Date

The time has come... only 7 weeks and 3 days left until my Bikini-competition, and still so many things to do...

First of all the competition takes place the 2nd of November in Rheinbach, Germany. This means a 2 and 1/2 hours car ride before we can actually sign-in in for the competition itself, and then we will still have to wait until it starts... arghhh.

Second I don't even own my competition-heels, I will tell you why:
Since we started the whole diet 3 months ago, my feet shrunk from size 39 to 38... And now that we hit the real shredding-phase, I am afraid that by the 2nd of November I will even fit in size 37 (a new reason to buy some shoes hehe). Therefore I will wait until October to see if I can order size 38 or 37. This shouldn't be a problem as I found a retailer on Amazon in Germany who sells exactly the pair of heels I want, plus they only take 1 week to arrive, so that's perfect. (Picture below the post)

Furthermore, as we are allowed to wear jewels, expect necklaces, I will wear something more decent as I want the judges to focus more on my body rather than on details like jewelery. I still have a beautiful set of +Swarovski  jewels at home, including earrings, bracelet and a ring, so maybe it will just be that... We will see, surprise surprise.

And last but not least, my BIKINI...
I thought about ordering it online at +Angel Competition Bikinis. I am following them on Instagram for a long time now and I simply love their work. I think the fabrics, connectors and cuts are simply heavenly and I am sure that I will look like an angel on stage with such a bikini. By now, I have contemplated about its looks; of course I will take the Brazilian cut... It doesn't show too much nor too little. The fabric will be the Hologram Jade/Mint as I am convinced that this color will perfectly match my tan and my hair. I am still not sure about the crystal-design, whether I should take the Crystal Explosion , Crystal Firework or simply the Angel Bliss as the fabric already sparkles a lot. What do you think? I don't want my bikini to outshine my form...
Those are the connectors I would like to add: Top Connector #1 , Middle Connector #2 and Bottom Connector #3 . The problem is now that I have no clue how many centimeters I will lose until the competition, as it's my first competition. So I have to make a guess... I really hope it works...

What about make-up,hairstyle,lashes,nails and tan? Well, as far as that goes I decided to write a separate post. I already assailed you with so many details regarding my bikini, heels and jewels...
I wish you all a nice and relaxing evening my loves, talk to you soon

Lifting Fairy on Tour

Hi Monday!

I am sorry that I didn't post anything yesterday but I have been on tour with the team, meaning I had no internet connexion and no time to create an article for you. That's why today's article is all about yesterday's little team-trip.

We went to Rheinbach, which is in Germany, to watch the International Westgerman Qualification Championship for the German Championship in Bikini-Shape, Bikini-Fitness, Athletic and Bodybuilding. ( Bikini-Shape is the class I want to compete in)

That's the team-van. As my boyfriend and I had to leave earlier we drove with our own car.
That's me in front of the team-van wearing a team-shirt to represent Powerfood's J-M.B. in Rheinbach
I am not saying that this demotivated me as the competitors had a great level and an even greater form but I have to admit that I have some kind of respect now as I will have to compete in Rheinbach too to qualify me for further competitions. Now I know again what I am training and working for, I really need to get things started if I want to have a good form on stage in winter.
Unfortunately my boyfriend and I didn't see the prize-giving as we had to return home earlier but I took some good pictures even though we were standing in the background.

Bikini-Fitness class
Great performance of a competitor
Bikini-Shape class, the class I want to compete in
Again Bikini-Shape
Guess what?! Yes, Bodybuilding. Lot of flexing here, hehe
Fitness-clothing-shopping
Of course I had to see if there is anything I might like, but unfortunately not.
Close-up of the delicious protein-bars. (No I didn't buy any)
