It is the last day before weekend today ,woohoo, and we have beautiful weather here in Fitnessland!
As I know, a lot of people are very very stressed in the morning and don't have the time to eat at all ( poor you! ) but for those who have a little time left I got something for you:
A very easy-and-fast-to-prepare breakfast:
Overnight oats with kiwi |

Fresh pressed Blood-orange-juice |

Omega-3 pills |
Aloe Vera Drink Gel |
What you need for the Overnight oats:
- Oats ( I took a Low-Carb muesli I bought few days ago)
- Water
- Lemon juice
- Organic honey
- Fruits, to taste
Directions:
- As you know, it is called 'overnight oats' so you have to prepare them the day before!
- Put 2 cups of oats in your bowl
- Add 1 1/2 cup of water
- Then add 2tbsp of lemon juice, or more if you like the taste of lemon
- At the end add 1 tbsp of organic honey
- Mix everything and put them in the fridge until the day after
- You may already cut your fruits in advance and add them to your oats the day after. I recommend to keep the fruits separately from the oats, otherwise they get to mushy.
