Fast Breakfast

Hello everyone!

It is the last day before weekend today ,woohoo, and we have beautiful weather here in Fitnessland!
As I know, a lot of people are very very stressed in the morning and don't have the time to eat at all ( poor you! ) but for those who have a little time left I got something for you:

A very easy-and-fast-to-prepare breakfast:

Overnight oats with kiwi

Overnight oats with kiwi

Fresh pressed Blood-orange-juice

My whole breakfast

Omega-3 pills

Aloe Vera Drink Gel


What you need for the Overnight oats:

  • Oats ( I took a Low-Carb muesli I bought few days ago) 
  • Water
  • Lemon juice
  • Organic honey
  • Fruits, to taste 
Directions:
  1. As you know, it is called 'overnight oats' so you have to prepare them the day before! 
  2. Put 2 cups of oats in your bowl
  3. Add 1 1/2 cup of water 
  4. Then add 2tbsp of lemon juice, or more if you like the taste of lemon
  5. At the end add 1 tbsp of organic honey
  6. Mix everything and put them in the fridge until the day after
  7. You may already cut your fruits in advance and add them to your oats the day after. I recommend to keep the fruits separately from the oats, otherwise they get to mushy.
