Some nomspiration for my fitfam!

I love having smoothies , especially traffic-light smoothies, when the sun is out!

What you need:
  • 3 Kiwis
  • 2 Mangos
  • 4 to 6 Strawberries
  • 1 Handful of raspberries
  1. Blend all the ingredients separately, except the strawberries and the raspberries.
  2. Fill in the kiwi-smoothie in your glass.
  3. Fill in the juicy Mangos 
  4. And last but not least fill in the red berry-smoothie

While we already have spring here in Luxembourg I wanted my lunch to look like spring.

What you need:
  • 1 large sweet potato
  • Some chicken breast
  • 1 Handful of mushrooms
  • Olive oil
  • Oregano
  • Paprika spice
  1. Prepare your marinade: Put some Olive oil in a bowl and add as much oregano an paprika spice as you like ( it's up to your taste ).
  2. Peel your sweet potato and cut it ( you may shape it if you want ). 
  3. Marinate the sweet potato in your marinade and put them on a baking tray.
  4. let them bake for about 15-20 min at 200° , you may let them bake a bit longer if you like them more soft.
  5. Slice your chicken breast and marinate the slices in your marinade too.
  6. Cook the chicken slices in a pan until golden brown
  7. Simultaneously cook the mushrooms in another pan .

I have to admit, I am a real sushi-junkie!
I could eat sushi every single day , even for breakfast hihi!

What you need:
  • A good chinese restaurant
  • The Number of the chinese restaurant
  • A telephone or mobile phone
  1. Take your mobile phone
  2. Type in the number of your selected chinese restaurant
  3. Make your order
  4. Wait for the delivery-man

Breakfast is one of the most important meals of your day! If you want to start your day like a champion, eat like a champion!
Every morning I take an Aloe Vera Drink Gel Shot because it has so many vitamins and since I take this shot diurnally I feel more energetic and vitalized!

What you need:
  • Blood-oranges
  • 1 banana
  • Aloe Vera Drink Gel
  • Organic Chocolate-nut-mus

I love oats, especially with some fruits and 1 tbsp chocolate-nut-mus.

As you now know, I love oats, so I made myself some delicious healthy oat-cookies !

What you need:
  • Oats
  • Water
  • 2 Bananas
  • raspberries, strawberries, chocolate chips etc. to tase
  1. Blend the bananas with some water until smooth
  2. Add oats and blend until smooth
  3. Add your favorite stuff like chocolate , raspberries or strawberries 
  4. Put your oat-cookies on a baking tray 
  5. bake them in the oven for about 30 min at 180° until brown-ish.
  6. Let them cool down

I am having a strawberry breakfast

  • 2 Wholewheat Toasts with honey and sliced strawberries
  • Raspberry-Kiwi Flowers
  • Fresh pressed Blood-orange-juice
  • Aloe Vera Drink gel

Today I made myself a chicken-cucumber salad with dinkel pasta.

What you need:
  • Dinkelpasta
  • Parmesan
  • Chicken breast
  • Green Salad
  • 1/2 Cucumber
  1. Cook your chicken Breast and your dinkel pasta
  2. Simultaneously wash your green salad and your half cucumber
  3. Slice your Cucumber 
  4. When your Chicken is gold/brown, let it cool down for a while, as you're going to have a salad
  5. Slice the parmesan
  6. put everything on your plate

Another variation of my oats

What you need:
  • Oats
  • Strawberries
  • Raspberries
  • Greek Yogurt
  1. Blend the strawberries and the raspberries with your greek yogurt until smooth
  2. Add oats 
  3. Blend again until smooth

How to enjoy a beautiful sunny day!

What you need:
  • 1 Mango
  • Frozen Raspberries
  1. Peel your mango
  2. Slice your mango
  3. Put your mango pieces and your frozen raspberries in a bowl

  2. Blends your kiwis with the orange juice

  • Strawberries
  • Raspberries
  • Orangejuice
  1. Press some orange juice
  2. Blend your strawberries and your raspberries together with the orange juice until smooth
  3. done!

 What you need:

  • Greek yogurt
  • Muesli, I took Dinkel Crunchy
  • Strawberries
  • Blueberries
  1. First put some greek yogurt in your bowl
  2. Add your muesli
  3. Again some greek yogurt 
  4. Do this how often you want to 
  5. Top it with some strawberries and blueberries 
  6. done!

Wholewheat Toast with organic honey from Luxembourg and some pomegranate

What you need for the smoothie:

  • Greek yoghurt
  • Strawberries
  • Raspberries
  • Mango
  • Pineapple 
  • Orangejuice
  1. Press some orange juice
  2. Cut your fruits
  3. Blend your fruits 
  4. Add your orange juice and blend until smooth
  5. Add your greek yogurt ( as much as you want, to taste), mix until smooth
  6. done! 
The topping is a banana cut into little flowers and some Dinkel crunchy.
