I just landed in Fitnessland and I got soooo hungry that had to start my day with an awesome Orange-Kiwi-Breakfast:
- Orange-Kiwi-Smoothie
- Orange slices
- Wholewheat Toast with organic honey from Luxembourg & Kiwis & Raspberries
- Aloe Vera Peach Shot
- Omega-3 Pills
What you need for the Smoothie:
- 3 Kiwis
- 4 Oranges
Directions:
- Press some Orange-juice
- Peel your Kiwis
- Blend the Orange-juice with the Kiwis until Smooth
At 12pm it was time for some healthy lunch:
What you need for the Avocado-Egg:
- 1 Avocado
- 1 Egg
Directions:
- Slice up your avocado, take out the seed
- Open your egg and fill it in the hole from the seed
- Bake in oven for about 15mins at 100°
- Take out and let it cool down

What you need:
- 1 Handful of Strawberries
- Oranges
Directions:
- Press some Orange-juice
- Blend the strawberries until smooth
- Add the Orange-juice and mix it
- Put in a cool Hard Rock Café stick
After a very exciting day in Fitnessland I needed a good easy-to-cook dinner, so I made myself some chicken breast with ratatouille.
What you need for the ratatouille:
- 1 Zucchini
- 4 Tomatos
- 1 whole Broccoli
Directions:
- Cook the Broccoli until done
- Slice your zucchini and cut your tomato in little squares
- put everything in a pan ( you may add some water if you like it more juicy)
- cook until done
