Hi!
Yesterday I felt like baking something. But as I am trying to stay healthy and lean it was out of choice to bake something sweet and fatty. So I checked out my Iphone App called 'Clean Eating' where you can find tons of clean recipes for breakfast, lunch , dinner and snacks. I decided to bake protein-cookies as the recipe and the directions are so simple and easy. And they are so damn yummy! So perfect for a healthy post-workout snack or late-evening/night-snack!
The Ingredients you need |
What you need to bake |
Take out the core of the apple |
slice your apple to make it easier for your blender |
blended apple |
Proteinpowder, I took 1/2 vanilla powder and 1/2 chocolate powder by Olimp |
Coconut flour |
1/2 cup peanutbutter-mus |
mixed ingredients |
take 1 Spoon to form cookies |
Shape them and decorate them to taste |
What you need:
- A bowl
- A Mixer & sticks
- A baking tray
- Baking paper ( so you don't need to use oil or something)
- A Cup
- A Blender
- Coconut flour
- Peanutbutter ( I took organic peanutbuttermus)
- 1 Apple
- Water
- Dark Chocolate chips
- Shredded hazelnuts
- Protein Powder ( Vanilla, cookies&cream, chocolate, latte macchiato or whatever you like)
Directions:
- Preheat your oven at 180°
- Take out the core of your apple
- Cut your apple into tiny pieces so it is easier for your blender to shred it
- Blend/Shred your apple
- Add 1 cup coconutflour to your bowl
- Add 1 Cup proteinpowder to your bowl
- Add 1/2 Cup peanutbutter to your bowl
- Before mixing all the ingredients, don't forget to put your shredded apple to the rest and 2 cups of water
- Mix everything until finely smooth
- Take 1 Soup-Spoon and form little cookies. I like to shape mine as it looks cuter.
- If you want to decorate them go ahead, I like to put on some dark chocolate chips or shredded hazelnuts
- Finally put your cookies in the oven for about 12 minutes at 180°
- Take out when gold-brown and let them cool down
- ENJOY!
